We offer flexibility in our fee structure with three breaking points.
The following fee structure is for residential clients.

Commercial contracts are subject to detailed quotation.

1. Consultation Stage
Two hours consultation - $200
Subsequent meetings - $100 per hour

Break point- You may choose to implement the design yourself at this stage.

2. Design Stage

Design comcept - $100 per hour

Shopping fee - $45 per hour
The design fee covers sourcing of all fabrics, wall and floor covering, furniture,

lighting and accessories, acquisition of samples and brochures,

sketching furniture floor plan, estimating cost for the project.


Break point- From this point you are fully equipped to find, appoint and manage your contractor. The design materials and drawings supplied will facilitate this.

3. Accessory Stage
Placement - $100 per hour

Purchase - $45 per hour
Purchasing and placement of accessories including but not limited to

area rugs, lighting, window treatments, greenery, etc.
Prior to starting this stage a detailed quotation is supplied for clients approval.

A deposit of 100% is required prior to the placement of any purchase order.
